At Sunæ, we aim to provide a refined and effortless shopping experience. If an item does not fully meet your expectations, we are happy to assist you with a simple return process.

Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. The return period begins on the day your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, we kindly ask that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original labels and packaging are intact.
  • The item shows no signs of wear, stains, or odors.

Sunæ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Register your return through the return page on our website.
  2. You will automatically be redirected to our return portal (ParcelWill Returns).
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your return request.
  4. Please ensure your return package is securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your item for another size or color? Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets our return conditions.

Once we have received and inspected your return, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible.

If your desired item is no longer available, a refund will automatically be issued.

Additional shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Sunæ.
